非参数统计监测应用研究——以青海省货物贸易出口监测为例

本文运用核密度估计建立数据核查和异常数据分离方法,运用游程随机检验和等级相关检验建立企业主体违规状况核查方法,实证分析结果表明,数据趋势判断方法、异常数据核查方法、企业主体核查方法等三种方法都是有效和实用的非现场监测手段。

This paper uses nuclear density estimation to establish data verification and abnormal data separation methods, and uses run-length random test and rank correlation test to establish verification methods of business entity non-compliance status. The empirical analysis shows that data trend judgment method, abnormal data verification method and business entity verification method All three methods are effective and practical off-site monitoring methods.
