合流制管道污水溢出问题一直存在于国内外很多大城市中,引起了严重的环境污染,是个亟待解决的问题。合流制管道系统是典型的大规模系统,很难用传统的控制方法来防止污水溢出。该文在分析合流制管道系统实际操作者的操作经验基础上,以典型的三泵站合流制排水系统为例,提出了模糊控制理论应用于合流制排水管道污水溢出最小化的方法,该方法能很好地解决污水溢出问题,并有效降低水泵站能耗。文中既简要概括介绍了模糊控制的基本原理,又详细阐述了模糊控制器的设计过程,为合流制管道系统的实时过程控制从手动向自动转化奠定了基础。
The confluence pipe sewage overflow problem has always existed in many large cities at home and abroad, causing serious environmental pollution, is a problem to be solved. Combined flow piping is a typical large-scale system and it is difficult to prevent effluent from overflowing with traditional control methods. Based on the analysis of practical operation experience of combined pipe system, taking a typical three pumping stations combined drainage system as an example, this paper presents a method of fuzzy control theory applied to minimizing sewage overflow in combined drainage pipelines. Can well solve the problem of sewage overflow, and effectively reduce the water pump station energy consumption. This paper briefly introduces the basic principles of fuzzy control briefly, and elaborates the design process of fuzzy controller in detail, laying the foundation for the real-time process control of combined pipe system from manual to automatic conversion.
