国税部门作为国家重要的行政执法部门,管理范围广、战线长、难度大,任何不作为、慢作为和乱作为将直接影响改革发展大局,特别是对经济主体活力产生直接影响。因此,国税部门应顺应改革潮流,加快简政放权步伐、加快转变管理理念和创新管理方式。2014年,江西国税系统以规范进户执法为主轴,以清理进户执法项目为起点,从管理、制度和监督等多个层面,下大力解决“多头执法”、“重复检查”
As an important administrative law enforcement department of the country, the state tax department has a wide range of management, long front lines, great difficulty, no omission and slow disorganization as a direct impact on the overall situation of reform and development, especially on the dynamism of economic subjects. Therefore, the tax department should follow the trend of reform, speed up the pace of simplification and decentralization, speed up the transformation of management concepts and innovative management methods. In 2014, Jiangxi’s tax system focused on regulating household-based law enforcement and started with clearing household-end law enforcement projects. From the aspects of management, system and supervision, Jiangxi tax system vigorously tackled “multiple enforcement”, “repeated inspection”
