为了团委工作,报读“青干院”1994年,许建忠在共青团青浦区委员会工作时,报考上海青年管理干部学院(前身是上海团校)并顺利通过了入学考试,就读于公共管理系的文化艺术事业管理专业。在职学习不同于全日制学习,对许建忠来说是一种考验,但他能安排好工作、照顾好家庭,把自己的空余时间几乎全部投入到学习之中。他按时上课,认真听讲,积极思考,勇于探讨。时
