恙虫病是由东方立克次体引起的一种急性自然疫源性传染病。其临床表现多样化,可出现多器官损害,并易产生误诊。本文总结分析我院1993～1998年收治的50例恙虫病病人临床资料,旨在提高对本病的认识。
Tsutsugamushi disease is caused by the Eastern Rickettsia an acute natural foci of infectious diseases. Its clinical manifestations of diversification, there may be multiple organ damage, and prone to misdiagnosis. This article summarizes and analyzes the clinical data of 50 patients with scrub typhus admitted in our hospital from 1993 to 1998 in order to raise awareness of this disease.
