用相应的β- 羟乙基砜衍生物在碱催化下与N-甲基中磺酸钠反应,得到产率较高 的β-(N-甲基-磺基乙胺基)乙基砜染料或中间体。用动力学方法及其化学方法研究 了4-〔β-(N-甲基-磺基乙胺基)乙基砜基〕苯胺的合成反应机理。动力学数据表明: 在碱缓冲溶液中,反应速度与羟乙基砜的浓度一次方,N-甲基牛磺酸钠浓度的零次方 成正比。由此可见,虽然在反应中,中间产物乙烯砜不能检出,但反应是经历了消 去-加成历程进行的。
