经济全球化自20世纪90年代以来发展迅猛,表现为:世贸组织成立,国际服务贸易异军突起,电子商务方兴未艾;国际融资方式发生显著变化,国际金融市场动荡不安;以及跨国公司带动国际投资方式的重大变迁。中国经济的国际化,必须加强金融市场的改革、开放与管理监控;扩大对外贸易必须以提高效益为中心,坚持以质取胜;提高国有企业对中国经济国际化的适应性;发展知识经济;建立健全社会保障体系。
