随着我国经济、技术的发展,建筑业也获的了快速的发展,然而对于施工企业来说,成本管理在工程管理中占据重要的地位。如何实现施工企业的成本控制,是我国建筑施工企业在管理上一大创新方向。本文先简要的阐述了当我国建筑施工企业成本管理现状,然后重点探讨了施工企业成本管理的创新途径,希望为建筑施工企业的发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
With the development of economy and technology in our country, the construction industry also gained rapid development. However, for construction enterprises, cost management occupies an important position in project management. How to realize the cost control of construction enterprises is a major innovation direction in the management of construction enterprises in our country. This article briefly describes the current status of cost management of construction enterprises in China, and then focuses on innovative ways of cost management in construction enterprises, hoping to provide some reference for the development of construction enterprises.
