It has been more than two years since the Ministry of Health’s No. 43 Ministerial Order “Interim Measures for the Management of Large-Scale Medical Device Configuration and Application” was published. From the National Health Facility Management Work Conference held in August 1997 by the Ministry of Health, the exchange of health departments (bureaus) of various provinces and cities shows that Ministerial Order No. 43 has been implemented throughout the country. It should be said that large-scale medical equipment has been managed by adopting a two-level management system that manages the ’three certificates’ system.
