目的探讨妊娠阑尾切除术后的护理要点。方法选取60例妊娠合并阑尾炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对患者实施全面术后护理,观察护理结果。结果 60例患者住院5~8 d后基本痊愈,所有患者均没有出现流产、切口疝等术后并发症。结论妊娠合并阑尾炎患者病情比较特殊,术后必须实施全面的护理措施,降低患者术后并发症,促进患者康复。
Objective To investigate the nursing points after pregnancy appendectomy. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with pregnancy complicated with appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were treated with complete postoperative care and the nursing results were observed. Results 60 patients were basically cured after 5 to 8 days of hospitalization. All patients had no postoperative complications such as abortion and incisional hernia. Conclusion The patients with pregnancy complicated with appendicitis have a rather special condition. After the operation, comprehensive nursing measures must be implemented to reduce postoperative complications and promote patient rehabilitation.
