网络社会是由不同的网络社区组成的一个虚拟社会,其行为主体仍然是现实社会中的个人。它存在的基础是网络技术。网络技术的不断创新,对网络社会的伦理价值体系产生深刻的影响。例如P2P技术在使信息资源快捷传播、共享的同时,有害信息泛滥加剧、网络侵权的问题日益严重,这些都是新的网络伦理问题。文章探讨网络伦理与P2P技术的特征,由P2P技术所引发的网络伦理问题及网络伦理问题产生的原因分析,提出建立适合中国国情的网络道德规范措施。
Internet society is a virtual society composed of different online communities, whose main actors are still individuals in the real world. It exists based on network technology. The continuous innovation of network technology has a profound impact on the ethical value system of internet society. For example, P2P technology makes information resources quickly spread and shared. At the same time, the proliferation of harmful information and the increasing problem of network infringement are all new network ethics issues. The article discusses the characteristics of network ethics and P2P technology, the network ethics caused by P2P technology and the analysis of the causes of network ethics problems, and puts forward the measures of establishing network ethics which are suitable for China’s national conditions.
