班组长被称为是企业里的“兵头将尾”。别看他“官”最小,可要当好也不容易。河南油田井下作业公司试油项目经理部HN-DX201修井队一班的王琛琛,担任班组长已整整13年了。13年来,他所在班组年年超额完成任务,施工安全和质量明显优于其他班组。他创造的“关键事件记录法、考评结果公布法、乐做员工知心人”的管理方法,更被大伙儿称为班组管理的“三件法宝”。
