针对履带式起重机臂架系统运输时所需运输车辆多、效率低以及成本高等问题,提出臂架套装运输技术,将不同截面的臂架进行套装运输。对套装运输技术、运输装置以及实施过程进行了详细的阐述。该项技术的实施提高了臂架运输的效率,减少运输车辆,节约运输成本,同时,还减少了臂架在套装及运输过程中发生碰撞、磨损等,有利于提高履带式起重机臂架系统的安全性。
Aiming at the problem of many transportation vehicles, low efficiency and high cost in the transportation of crawler crane boom system, the paper puts forward the boom transportation technology and transports the boom with different sections. The package transportation technology, transportation devices and implementation process are described in detail. The implementation of this technology improves the transportation efficiency of the boom, reduces the transportation vehicles and saves the transportation cost, and at the same time, reduces the collision, wear and the like of the boom during assembly and transportation, which is beneficial to improve the performance of the crawler crane boom system safety.
