一直以来,中小学教师的专业发展都是我国基础教育改革所关注的热点问题。众所周知,中小学教师专业水准直接关系到我国基础教育的质量,在改革进程中发挥这重要的作用。随着新课程改革的推进,中小学教师的专业发展也面临着巨大的挑战。一、教师专业发展的内涵教师专业发展是指教师通过自身的努力由一个非专业人员成长为一个专业人员的过程。教师的专业发展旨在使教师形成主动发展自身专业素质、专业能力的自我提高意识。
All along, the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers are all the hot issues that are the focus of our country’s basic education reform.
