目的:摸索国产巴西人参药材的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以乙醇提取物和有效成分(提取物水解后齐墩果酸的量为标识)收率为指标,对国产巴西人参的乙醇提取工艺进行优选,同时也对醇提后的药渣是否有必要进一步提取进行研究。结果:国产巴西人参药材的最佳乙醇提取工艺为:提取乙醇浓度为70%,提取方式为分两次提取,首次加醇量为药材的16倍(v/m,下同),提取1 h:二次加醇量为药材的10倍,提取1 h。提取后的药渣进一步提取处理,提取物水解后齐墩果酸含量和提取的固溶物收率都非常低。结论:前述最佳乙醇提取工艺提取物的醇溶物得率、主要有效化学成分含量最高,提取后的药材无需进一步提取处理,可作为国产巴西人参的生产提取工艺。
Objective: To explore the best extraction process of domestic ginseng herbs. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to optimize the ethanol extraction process of domestic ginseng from ethanol extract and active ingredient (the amount of oleanolic acid was hydrolyzed by extract) After the dregs whether it is necessary to further extract for research. After extraction of the dregs for further extraction and processing, the oleanolic acid content of the extract hydrolyzed and the extracted solid solution yield are very low. CONCLUSION: The ethanol extract yield of the best ethanol extraction process has the highest content of main effective chemical components, and the extracted medicinal materials can be used as the production extraction process of domestic ginseng without any further extraction.
