学生党建是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,是确保中国特色社会主义事业兴旺发达、后继有人的重大战略问题。高校学生党建工作应以育人为核心,以支部建设为基础,以制度建设为保障,以教育管理为手段,以创新为动力,以党建带动整个人才培养工程。要提高大学生党建工作的时代性和实效性,必须做到三点:在思想理念上要抓住核心,在培养教育环节上要坚持标准,在管理模式上要勇于创新。一、抓住核心,始终围绕“育人”谋划学生党建工作
