竞争是市场经济的本质特征,随着市场经济的发展,竞争也越来越激烈,很多经营者为了扩大经营规模,都不约而同的选择了经营者集中这种手段。本文通过国航、东航集中案,结合我国《反垄断法》对于经营者集中的相关规定来分析如何有效规制集中行为,避免其滥用市场支配,但又能准确把握集中的程度,使得适当的集中行为能够增加经济市场的竞争活力,有效地推动经济发展。
