In order to further observe its biological characteristics, the FGC85 cell line has been passaged in vitro for more than 300 generations. The chromosomes of 38,300 passages of the FGC85 cell line were analyzed by G-banding. First, the experimental methods: (a) cell culture passage method: basic in vitro culture pass → liquid nitrogen cryopreservation, recovery → continue to train passage. See the specific operation [1].
