随着结构健康监测系统的不断安装,针对性强、分布式、小型化、能快速部署的监测系统越来越受到欢迎。然而,以往的监测系统除了传感器外还有庞杂的供电、信号调理、信号采集与传输、用户界面等系统,这导致了健康监测系统的建立耗时、耗力且经济性不佳。提出将普通传感器与供电、信号调理、信号采集与传输集成形成新型的云传感器,并利用现已成熟的物联网云平台完成最终的数据存储、管理与用户交互,并进行了小批量样品的实验室及现场测试。测试结果表明:云传感器自身就构成一个监测系统,一经安装后即可持续长时间地发送监测数据,非常适合在公路结构物大范围散点监测中使用,具有广阔的应用前景。
With the continual installation of structural health monitoring systems, monitoring systems that are targeted, distributed, miniaturized, and rapidly deployable are gaining in popularity. However, in addition to sensors, the monitoring system in the past has a lot of systems such as power supply, signal conditioning, signal acquisition and transmission, and user interface, which lead to the establishment of a health monitoring system which is time-consuming, laborious and not economical. It proposes to integrate the common sensor with power supply, signal conditioning, signal acquisition and transmission to form a new type of cloud sensor, and use the existing IoT cloud platform to complete the final data storage, management and user interaction and carry out experiment of small batch samples Room and field test. The test results show that the cloud sensor itself constitutes a monitoring system, and the monitoring data can be sent continuously for a long time after it is installed. Therefore, the cloud sensor is very suitable for use in a wide range of scattered monitoring of highway structures and has broad application prospects.
