作者曾报道由马来丝虫表达文库筛选出一株1800bp的cDNA克隆,此克隆编码的548个氨基酸蛋白相当于马来丝虫微丝蚴(mf)的62kDa抗原,与保护性mf抗原有关。本文报告了该重组蛋白在微丝蚴血症小鼠模型中的保护性效应、免疫原性和虫期特异性。
The authors reported that a 1800bp cDNA clone was screened from the Malayi worms expression library. The 548 amino acid protein encoded by this clone corresponded to the 62kDa antigen of the microfilaria of the malayian microfilaria (Mf), which was related to the protective mf antigen. This article reports the protective effect, immunogenicity and pest-specific specificity of the recombinant protein in a mouse model of microfilariae.
