高职毕业生就业难是一个突出的问题,如不能合理引导,尽力解决,很容易引发更多的社会矛盾与冲突,成为社会和谐的不利因素。本研究旨在发现高职毕业生就业存在的问题,探讨解决对策,求寻促进高职毕业生就业的人才培养模式。本研究选取天津4所职业院校学生进行问卷调查,共计收回254份有效问卷,数据应用spss 17.0进行统计分析。通过本次调查研究发现,高职毕业生在就业理念上存在偏差,缺乏必要的实践能力。如今,多数高职院校都设有就业指导课,不过都处于启动时期,尚许多问题需改进和提升,今后应该从多角度培养学生树立正确的就业观念,合理调整就业预期,通过在学期间的积极实践锻炼,提升自己各方面的素质。
Difficulties in employment of higher vocational graduates is a prominent issue, if not properly guided, try to solve, it is easy to lead to more social conflicts and conflicts, become the unfavorable factors of social harmony. The purpose of this study is to find out the problems existing in the employment of higher vocational graduates, to find solutions to them and to find out the mode of training qualified personnel to promote the employment of higher vocational graduates. In this study, four vocational schools in Tianjin were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey. A total of 254 valid questionnaires were collected and the data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0. Through this investigation and study, it is found that there are deviations in the employment concept of higher vocational graduates and lack of necessary practical ability. Today, most vocational colleges have employment guidance courses, but are in the start-up period, but many problems still need to be improved and promoted. In the future, students should be educated to set up correct employment concepts and adjust their employment expectations reasonably. Active practice exercises to enhance their own quality of all aspects.
