电站锅炉矩形送风管道的流量测量目前普遍采用动压平均管法,由过截面几何中心线上的平均动压表征该截面的平均流速进而求得流量,但现场条件往往不能满足这种测量方法的直管段要求,使测量存在较大误差。针对这一问题,本文设计了基于“对数契比雪夫法”的送风流量测量装置,将5支动压平均管置于同一截面,按“对数契比雪夫法”选点位置开孔,把这5支动压平均管的静压输出孔、总压输出孔分别连接到一起作为传感器组件的差压输出,实验表明这种方法使测量准确度明显提高。

In response to this problem, this paper designed a supply air flow measuring device based on the “logarithmic Chebyshev method”, placed 5 dynamic pressure averaging tubes in the same cross section, opened holes at the selected point of “Chebyshev Law” , The five pressure averaging tube static pressure output hole, the total pressure output holes were connected together as the differential pressure sensor module output, experiments show that this method significantly improves the measurement accuracy.
