华东公路情报网“高速公路管理技术研讨会”于1989年5月29日至6月2日在上海召开。出席会议的除华东公路情报网成员单位外,还邀请了交通部计划管理司,交通部工程管理司、公路规划设计院,“公路”编辑部、辽宁省高速公路管理处、陕西省交通厅高速公路建设指挥部、沪嘉高速公路建设指挥部、莘松高速公路建设办公室等单位的领导、专家共41名代表。公路界老前辈、上海市人大常委会副主任赵祖康致信祝贺。上
