一例8岁女孩,因长期应用皮质类固醇治疗过敏性皮炎,引起双眼后囊性白内障。最佳矫正视力,右眼20/100,左眼20/70,眼压正常,C/D为0.3,其余部分未见异常。在全麻下右眼顺利地行白内障摘出术,经2mm长角膜缘切口,做前囊切开,用Simcoe针吸出晶体皮质和核,保留后囊。第二天发现后囊中央小破口,玻璃体前界膜完整。眼压正常,前房有轻度反应。常规局部点新霉素、硫酸多粘菌素B、地塞米松混合液每天4次。1%盐酸环戊通,每日2次。10天后前房无反应,眼压正常。停用一切药物,给病人配戴一接触镜。矫
