以杨振亚副主任委员为组长,王佛松、林上元委员参加的全国人大外事委员会检查组,于1995年1月10日至21日,赴广东和海南对《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》(下称《检疫法》)的实施情况进行了检查。行前,检查组在京分别听取了农业部动植物检疫局、卫生部卫生检疫总所、国家商检局和国家口岸办的情况汇报;在广东和海南,除听取上述部门在两省有关口岸代表机构的汇报外,还到黄埔、拱北、文锦渡、罗湖和三亚、秀英等口岸进行实地考察,并同海南省人大、政府的有关负责人座谈,就有关问题交换了意见。

In Guangdong and Hainan, apart from listening to the relevant port agencies in these two provinces They also went to Huangpu, Gongbei, Man Kam To, Lo Wu and Sanya, Xiuying and other ports to conduct site visits and held discussions with relevant leaders of Hainan Provincial People’s Congress and the government and exchanged views on relevant issues.
