松江河梯级电站是东北地区“七五”期间的水电建设重点项目,规划开发情况如下:松江河梯级电站工程主要包括:在抚松县西南岔村西南4公里的漫江干流上修建松山坝,通过一条长12.6公里的引水隧洞,把漫江水引入松江河,使水能资源在松江河上集中开发,并以次在小山、双沟、石笼修建三座水电站。这个梯级的主要工程效益是发电,建成后,每年可以向东北电力系统提供8.7×10~8千瓦小时的电量和510兆瓦的电力。每年可为系统节约标准煤42
