三维重建技术可以将CT影像资料转化为立体3D图像,为精准外科手术方案提供技术支持。目前三维重建技术已应用于多个外科领域,由于肝脏解剖结构复杂,包括多套血管系统及胆管系统,使得肝脏手术难度高、风险大,为满足精准手术要求,将3D打印模型应用于肝胆外科手术,将是肝脏外科手术发展的新方向。1临床资料患者,男,38岁。因体检发现肝脏占位病变1个月,伴体质量下降3kg,以“肝脏占位病变”收入院。既往:“乙型肝炎”
