将切缝药包定向断裂爆破技术引入到掏槽爆破中,以解决制约中深孔爆破的瓶颈性问题。首先进行了砂浆模型试验,对切缝药包定向断裂性能进行了研究;其次结合砂浆模型试验结果,进行了矩形切缝药包掏槽爆破现场试验;最后在上述试验的基础上,进行了全断面爆破现场试验。试验结果表明:切缝药包爆破具有极强的定向成缝效果;矩形和三角形切缝药包掏槽全断面爆破的炮眼利用率分别为94.5%和93.1%。切缝药包掏槽爆破极大地提高了炸药的使用效率,有效地消除了深部围岩的夹制作用,为深部岩体掘进爆破提供了一种新的解决途径。
The cutting kits directed fracture blasting technology into the cut blasting in order to solve the bottleneck in the control of deep-hole blasting problems.
