目的:考察微波干燥技术在浓缩丸生产中的效果。方法:用微波干燥工艺对3个浓缩丸品种进行试验,对比烘箱干燥工艺数据。结果:产品的性状、溶散时限、水分、微生物限度等质量指标均符合标准规定,微波干燥效果更明显。结论:微波干燥具有加热均匀、干燥时间短、提高药品质量的特点,在浓缩丸生产中可以广泛使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of microwave drying technology in the production of pellets. Methods: Three kinds of concentrated pills were tested by microwave drying process, and the oven drying process data were compared. Results: The quality indicators of the product, dissolution time, moisture, microbial limits and other quality indicators are in line with the provisions of the standard, the microwave drying effect is more obvious. Conclusion: Microwave drying has the characteristics of uniform heating, short drying time and improving drug quality, which can be widely used in the production of concentrated pills.
