为筛选适宜盐土改良的土壤改良剂,利用从哈萨克斯坦引进的5种改良剂拌种后,在以硫酸盐为主的盐迫条件下进行发芽试验,改良剂Ky-1、Ky-2在盐份含量0.90%~1.25%时,小麦材料新冬22号的发芽率比对照高16%以上。盆栽试验苗期盐胁迫下的死亡率及生物量的观测表明,使用改良剂Ky-1、Ky-2对小麦的抗盐能力有显著提高。在盐土小区产量及种植前后土壤盐分变化试验中使用改良剂Ky-1、Ky-2,小麦产量比对照高91%以上。对试验数据分析表明,引进的Ky-1、Ky-2两种改良剂在以硫酸盐为主的盐土地上对小麦的生长有较好的效果。
In order to screen the soil improver which is suitable for the improvement of saline soil, the germination test was carried out under the condition of sulfate-based salt stress using the five kinds of improvers introduced from Kazakhstan. The improving agents Ky-1 and Ky-2 The content of 0.90% ~ 1.25%, the new material of winter wheat 22, the germination rate of more than 16% higher than the control. The results of pot experiment showed that the salt tolerance of wheat was significantly improved by Ky-1 and Ky-2. Ky-1 and Ky-2 were used as indicators for soil salinity change before and after salinization. The yield of wheat was over 91% higher than that of the control. The experimental data analysis showed that the introduction of Ky-1, Ky-2 two kinds of improver in sulfate-based salt land on wheat growth has a good effect.
