第六届国民音乐教育改革研讨会组委会于1995年10月8日举办了“中华文化为母语的音乐教育”研讨会,到会的系我国民族音乐理论及表演艺术方面的专家、学者20余人,还有新闻界记者。 10月8日首次会上,国家教委体卫艺教司杨瑞敏作了开场发言。她代表国家教委对到会专家关心国民音乐教育表示感谢,并希望大家参与到国家的普通艺术教育工作中来。她介绍了国家艺教委的机构及工作情况,包括有关学校音乐教育方面的情况。她说:今天的会很重要,中华文化为母语的音乐教育题目考虑已有两年多了。艺术教育中,音乐占有相当大的比重,如何弘扬民族音乐文化,是值得重视的,从理论
The Organizing Committee of the Sixth National Music Education Reform Seminar held a seminar on “Music Education with Chinese Culture as Mother Tongue” on October 8, 1995.
