噻吗心安是一种非选择性的β—肾上腺能阻滞剂。它能抑制房水的产生,具有明显的降低眼内压作用,同时不缩小瞳孔,不影响视敏度,无任何不适感。因而被认为是近年来在青光眼药物治疗上一个突破性进展。它偶可引起心动过缓、心悸、低血压及晕厥,但单独引起接触性皮炎尚未见报道,笔者曾遇到一例,现报道如下: 陶××女56岁因患急性闭角青光眼,在急性发作期双眼滴噻吗心安滴眼液(天津市中央制药厂出品,批号840519)后
