随着我国社会形式有了翻天覆地的变化,促进了对医院医疗体制的改革的深入发展,后勤保障工作作为医院工作中的核心环节,这就在一定程度上使医院的后勤保障工作陷入到了最关键却也是最困难的时期。那么,如何将思想政治工作有效的应用到医院后勤保障工作中去,促使医院后勤保障工作不断的发展壮大,已经成为了医院思想政治工作任务的重中之重。
