加强《条例》的贯彻 减少事故的发生

1989年国务院颁发了《放射性同位素与射线装置放射防护条例》(以下简称《条例》),至今已近10年,在此期间,辽宁省各级卫生监督机构加强对放射卫生的监督管理,使全省放射防护工作取得显著成绩,特别是放射事故发生的起数相对减少。但由于种种原因,放射事故仍时有发生,本文仅就10年里辽宁省发生的12起放射事故的原因分析,探讨减少事故发生应采取的措施。

In 1989, the State Council issued the Regulations on Radiation Protection of Radioactive Isotopes and Radiation Devices (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”) for nearly 10 years. During this period, the health supervision agencies at all levels in Liaoning Province stepped up the supervision and administration of radiation health, Radiation protection in the province has made remarkable achievements, especially the relative reduction in the number of radiation accidents. However, due to various reasons, radiation accidents still occur from time to time. This article only analyzes the causes of 12 radiological accidents in Liaoning Province during the past 10 years and discusses the measures to be taken to reduce accidents.
