现阶段图书馆发展更加趋向现代化,尤其是在管理与服务等诸多方面,个性化服务管理已经深入图书馆发展之中,也慢慢成为现代图书馆管理的新趋势。对于图书馆工作来说,以知识传播为主,同时进行个性化服务建设,进而满足社会各界所需,提高整体文化水平。但是目前大部分图书馆很多都没有实现个性化服务,这也非常不利于图书馆的发展建设。针对图书馆的个性化服务进行了分析,同时明确了图书馆发展个性化的具体措施,旨在提高图书馆为人们传输知识的服务水平。
