以金庄矿3107工作面作为典型采面,采用现场布点的方法实测工作面采空区温度及气体体积分数变化,分析得出“三带”分布情况;根据所得数据和分析结果,应用FLUENT软件对其进行数值模拟,得到典型采面采空区自燃带分布规律,并在此基础上对“三带”观测模拟结果加以适当推广。最终给出了同一矿井相似采面不同条件下的自燃带宽度、位置及采面安全推进速度,为防灭火工程提供指导和依据。
Taking the 3107 working face of Jinzhuang Mine as a typical face, the distribution of the temperature and gas volume fraction in the goaf was measured by field distribution method. The distribution of the “three belts” was analyzed. Based on the obtained data and the analysis results, FLUENT software was used to simulate the distribution of spontaneous combustion zone in the goaf, and on the basis of which, the results of the “three zones” observation simulation were appropriately popularized. Finally, the self-ignition zone width, position and safety of mining face under different conditions of similar mining face in the same mine are given to provide guidance and basis for fire prevention and extinguishing project.
