施工管理指的是建筑产品(工程项目)从施工准备开始到竣工验收,回访保修全过程的组织管理。工程项目的施工管理对于工程质量至关重要。目前,我国的建筑施工企业在工程项目施工管理方面,逐步形成了具有现代管理意义的建筑工程项目施工管理。在实际工程项目中,新结构、新材料以及各种新技术新工艺不断出现,因此,相应的施工管理也在不断发展中。以下谈谈建筑施工中存在的问题及解决方案。
