目的检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床病理学意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测56例食管鳞癌组织和26例非典型增生食管黏膜组织、23例正常食管黏膜组织中MMP-9和TIMP-1的表达,分析其与食管鳞癌的患者性别、浸润深度、淋巴结转移的关系及后两者的相关性。结果MMP-9和TIMP-1在食管鳞癌组织中的表达明显高于正常食管黏膜(P<0.05),在侵及纤维膜组中的表达明显高于未侵及纤维膜组(P<0.05),在有淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),在不同性别患者中的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两者的表达呈负相关关系(rs=-0.626,P<0.01)。结论MMP-9和TIMP-1在食管鳞癌组织中的表达和浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,和患者性别无关。
Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and matrix metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) protein in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and to explore its clinicopathological significance. Methods The expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in 56 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and 26 cases of esophageal mucosa and 23 cases of normal esophageal mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. , Depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and the relationship between the latter two. Results The expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal mucosa (P <0.05) ) In patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in patients with different gender (P> 0.05). There was a negative correlation between them rs = -0.626, P <0.01). Conclusion The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma is related to the depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis, but not to the gender of the patients.
