六神丸出自(《中国医学大辞典》,载雷允上氏方)。为传统的喉科良药,主要由麝香、牛黄、冰片、珍珠、蟾酥、明雄黄组成,具有解毒、消炎、止痛之功效。主要用于治疗时疫白喉、咽喉肿痛、单双乳蛾、喉风、喉烂丹痧等症。近年来我们根据本方的组成和效用的特点,在临床上扩大了应用的范围,我们主要在外科、皮肤科、五官科病人中经过多人的局部用药治疗观察,效果显著。只采用局部用药,不需内服任何药物,达到病愈。其治疗方法和治疗效果报道如下。1. 急性乳腺炎:取六神丸30粒研成细末,加适量凡士林调匀,外敷患处,每日换药1次,5～7天可达痊愈,曾治疗22例,均获得痊愈。
Liushen Wan comes from (“Chinese Medicine Dictionary”, contains Lei Yun Shang’s side). It is a traditional throat medicine, mainly composed of musk, bezoar, borneol, pearl, wolfberry, and realgar. It has the functions of detoxification, anti-inflammatory and analgesic. It is mainly used for the treatment of epidemic diphtheria, sore throat, single or double milk moth, laryngeal wind, and leptospirosis. In recent years, we have expanded the scope of application in clinical practice based on the characteristics of our side’s composition and effectiveness. We have seen many patients undergoing topical medication in surgery, dermatology, and ENT, with remarkable results. Only use topical medication. No medications need to be taken internally to achieve recovery. The therapeutic methods and therapeutic effects are reported below. 1. Acute mastitis: Take Liushen pill 30 capsules research and go-between, add appropriate amount of Vaseline and mix well, apply external affected area, change the medicine once a day, 5 to 7 days to reach recovery, once treated 22 cases, all recovered.
