多年种植豆科作物的地区,用根瘤菌剂拌种增产效果往往不明显。根据近年来国内外有关报导,其主要原因是接种的根瘤菌菌株固氮力虽强,但侵染力较弱,在与土壤中的自然菌株竞争结瘤时不能占踞优势;再是拌种根瘤菌的成活率受气候、土壤等外界条件的影响较大,如遇干旱、酸性土壤和酸性肥料等不利环境,就会大量死亡,以致降低接种回收率,达不到增产效果。为了提高根瘤菌接种回收率,我们在选育高效菌株的同时,改进接种技术,用碳酸钙球化接菌的紫云英种子,收到很好的效果。

The survival rate of bacteria is greatly affected by external conditions such as climate and soil. In case of unfavorable environment such as drought, acid soil and acidic fertilizer, a large number of deaths will occur, reducing the recovery rate of inoculation and failing to increase yield. In order to improve the recovery rate of rhizobial inoculation, we improved the inoculation technology while breeding high efficient strains, and received good results with the seeds of the milk vetch.
