水利工程属于城市建设工程中民生工程,质量的好坏直接影响后续能否安全使用,为百姓服务。在水利工程建设的过程之中,相关的人员会利用招投标的方法来寻找适合该项工程的施工企业。水利工程的招投标是招标人与投标人之间展开的公平的竞争,但是在实际的招投标工作中有很多问题需要我们注意,一旦处理不当将严重影响水利工程的质量。本文主要针对水利工程招投标管理进行探讨,从而保证水利工程顺利完成。
