本文初步探讨了不同生态条件下初烤烟叶主要化学成分的地区间变化 ,年度间变化 ,部位间变化 ,部位内变化 ,等级内变化。结果显示 :北方烟叶化学成分五低三高 ,即糖低、钾低、糖 /碱低、钾 /氯低、氮 /碱低 ,烟碱高、总氮高、氯高 ;南方烟叶化学成分相反五高三低 ,蛋白质南北相差不大。烟碱、总糖、还原糖、总氮、氯、糖 /碱年度间的变化程度 ,北方烟区大于南方烟区 ;而钾、氮 /碱、钾 /氯三项北方小于南方。南方烟叶化学成分部位特征较明显 ,北方烟叶相对来说部位差异不那么显著。南方烟叶化学成分在部位内的稳定性好于北方烟叶。北方五县烟叶化学成分在等级内的变化幅度较大 ,南方烟区变化幅度较小。
The paper initially discussed the inter-regional variation, inter-annual variation, inter-site variation, intra-site variation and intra-grade variation of the main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves under different ecological conditions. The results showed that the chemical components of northern tobacco had five low and three high, namely low sugar, low potassium, low sugar / alkali, low potassium / chloride, low nitrogen / alkali, high nicotine, high total nitrogen and high chlorine; Five highs and three low, the protein is not much difference between north and south. The chemical composition of the tobacco leaves in the five counties in the north of the province varied greatly within the grade, but the change range of the tobacco smoke area in the south was small.
