为解决现有高速动车组行李架易破损的安全隐患,文章通过有限元计算的方法,对两种不同工况下玻璃承载面板行李架的位移和应力进行了分析,并对行李架中各个部件的应力结果进行比较,优化设计了动车组行李架.

为满足中速磁浮车辆高度模块化和集成化的设计要求,文章提出了车辆底架设备连接箱结构及轻量化设计方案,并从可维护性的角度对结构进行优化设计.对设备连接箱结构进行有限元仿真计算,结果显示:设备连接箱静强度计算获得的最大应力为327.6 MPa,疲劳强度最大材料利用度为0.256,满足相应的静强度和疲劳标准.
