哈尔滨市呼兰区地处黑龙江省南部的松嫩平原腹地,地势平缓,土质肥沃,有效积温2 800℃,年降雨量500mm,水稻常年播种面积1.33万hm~2以上。因农户栽培管理水平较低,水稻秧苗常发生病害,给水稻生产带来了损失。2012、2013和2014年连续三年大面积发生不出苗、烂秧、死苗和稻苗长势弱的现象。为此,呼兰区农业技术推广中心连续3年对全区水稻苗期发生的病害等进行调研,发现育苗方面还存在很多技术问题,譬如:
Hulan District of Harbin City is located in the hinterland of the Songnen Plain in the south of Heilongjiang Province. Due to the low level of cultivation and management of farmers, rice seedlings often suffer from diseases and bring losses to rice production. 2012,2013 and 2014 for three consecutive years without emergence of large areas, rotten seedlings, dead seedlings and rice seedlings growing weak phenomenon.
