3月8日上午,习近平总书记参加十二届全国人大五次会议四川代表团审议时强调指出,脱贫攻坚全过程都要精准,有的需要下一番“绣花”功夫。总书记以“绣花”为喻,指明了脱贫攻坚工作精准发力的重要性。“绣花”功夫是一种精细的功夫。用“绣花”功夫做扶贫工作,才能精耕细作、把控细节、打造精品。特别是脱贫攻坚越往后,难度越大。但越难就越需要下大力气,像总书记要求的那样“下一番‘绣花’功夫”。
