本论文运用房地产管理理论和战略管理理论,为实现我国房地产业持续健康发展进行了战略分析。首先,在本文第一部分分析了我国房地产业当前现状;在第二部分对我国房地产业发展战略环境进行SWOT分析法;在第三部分提出我国房地产业发展的战略对策,希望能给中国的房地业实现健康,有序地发展提供科学的方法和新的思路,使中国的房地产业能真正走上可持续的发展道路。
This thesis uses real estate management theory and strategic management theory to carry out a strategic analysis for realizing the sustained and healthy development of China’s real estate industry.
