党的十六大提出:“发展非公有制经济形式,促进民营企业的快速发展,全面实现小康社会。”这说明我国民营企业的发展是我党和我国今后一个时期内的一项重要而紧迫的战略任务。而目前我国的民营企业正处于全球化环境下对“二次”创业战略调整的“三次”创业时期,尤其在当今知识经济时代,人力资源管理中存在的问题越来越成为许多企业特别是民营企业发展壮大的瓶颈。因此,本文在对民营企业人力资源管理的优势及存在的主要问题进行分析的基础上,提出了有助于提升我国民营企业人力资源管理水平的战略对策。
