作者研究了75例雷达作业人员的外周血淋巴细胞SCE变化,发现在微波照射强度为30~280μW/cm~2,照射时间为 2~8h/d的条件下,雷达作业人员外周血淋巴细胞SCE平均值(6.206±2.163)显著高于对照组(4.690±1.759),P<0.05。提示受检人员淋巴细胞的DNA可能受到损伤。未观察到微波的影响有年龄和性别差异。
