目的探讨Ki67、p53和PTEN在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2013年3月-2016年12月该院患者为研究对象。采用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测83例乳腺癌患者(实验组)和55例正常患者(对照组)Ki67、p53和PTEN的表达水平,比较其与临床病理特征之间的关系以及三者间的联系。结果 Ki67、p53在实验组中的阳性表达率(80.7%、65.1%)显著高于对照组(3.6%,4.8%),而PTEN在实验组中的阳性表达率(8.4%)显著低于对照组(21.8%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。在年龄、不同pTNM分期中的乳腺癌患者Ki67阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Ki67、p53和PTEN在不同病理分期、病理类型和有无淋巴结转移方面,阳性表达率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。PTEN与Ki67和p53表达在乳腺癌中均呈负相关(P<0.05);p53与Ki67表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 Ki67、p53的高表达以及PTEN的低表达在乳腺癌的发生发展和预后中也起了重要的作用,并且三者可能协同促进乳腺癌进展,三者联合检测可为乳腺癌的诊断、治疗和预后提供参考依据和思路。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ki67, p53 and PTEN in breast cancer. Methods From March 2013 to December 2016, the patients in this hospital were selected as the research object. Conclusions The high expression of Ki67 and p53 and the low expression of PTEN also play an important role in the development and prognosis of breast cancer, and the three may play an important role in promoting the progress of breast cancer. The combined detection of the three can be used in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer And prognosis provide reference and ideas.
