中国高铁的建设大大拉近了城市间的时空距离,高铁沿线不少经济发展相对落后的发展中地区城市借由高铁站点的建设,进行大规模的新城开发,希望高铁能带动城市总体经济水平的提升,也希望能将高铁站区建设成为展示自身的窗口。文章首先研究高铁沿线城市发展的经验,结合中国高铁沿线发展中城市规划建设现状,研究高铁站点对于发展中城市用地的影响,确定城市空间开发模式、各类城市用地的规模与开发强度,接着以京沪高铁德州站为例进行实证研究,从德州市的城市发展水平、区位、高铁站点的发展定位、功能选择、空间构建出发,探讨发展中城市高铁站区的用地特征,归纳站区发展的模式和影响因素。
